TerraRack™ is currently offered as a beta platform. Features, algorithms, recommendations, and reports may change as the system evolves.
The service may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, or changing outputs. Users participate in the beta program at their own discretion.
TerraRack™ provides automated property analysis and informational recommendations related to habitat and food plot planning.
The platform analyzes user-submitted information and generates recommendations using automated algorithms and data evaluation.
TerraRack™ does not provide professional agricultural, wildlife management, financial, or environmental advice.
Implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
Habitat outcomes, crop establishment, hunting success, wildlife activity, and agricultural performance depend on numerous variables including weather, soil conditions, browse pressure, local ecology, planting timing, management practices, and other factors beyond TerraRack’s control.
TerraRack™ does not guarantee crop success, deer movement, hunting results, or property outcomes.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to the platform including soil conditions, acreage, equipment, browse pressure, planting timing, and property objectives.
Recommendations generated by TerraRack™ are based on the data provided by the user. Incorrect or incomplete inputs may produce inaccurate results.
TerraRack™ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
TerraRack™ disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerraRack™ shall not be liable for any crop loss, property management outcomes, habitat performance, lost profits, hunting results, property damage, or other losses arising from use of the platform.
TerraRack™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
Total liability related to use of TerraRack™ shall not exceed the amount paid for the service, if any.
Users agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to:
All TerraRack™ software, algorithms, recommendation models, reports, branding, design, and platform content remain the exclusive intellectual property of TerraRack.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit TerraRack outputs without written permission.
Feedback, suggestions, and beta comments submitted to TerraRack™ may be used by TerraRack without restriction or compensation.
TerraRack™ may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, including during the beta period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TerraRack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
